Privacy policy
This covers the application form on this page for the InBooked Diwali offer. Last updated 7 November 2026.
Who we are
InBooked is run by Isshanth Karthic in India. We decide what happens to the information you send through this form. For anything about your data, email isshanthkarthic.inbooked.in@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you apply, we receive what you type into the form:
- your name and your business name
- what your business does and your city
- your WhatsApp number
- your Instagram or website link, if you give one
- your answer to "Why should your business be one of the five?"
To keep out spam we also store a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, which can't be turned back into the address, and the type of browser you used. Cloudflare Turnstile, the spam check on the form, looks at your browser to tell people from bots.
Why we collect it
Only to run this offer: to read your application, choose the five businesses, and message you on WhatsApp about the result by Monday 9th November. If you're chosen, we use it to get in touch about building your website.
We don't add you to a mailing list, we don't sell or share your details for marketing, and nobody else sees your application. The page only shows how many businesses have applied, never who.
Where it is kept
Applications are stored in a database run by Supabase, in its Mumbai (India) region. Only InBooked can read them. The page itself is served by Cloudflare, and its fonts come from Google Fonts, which means those companies see your IP address when the page loads, as with most websites.
How long we keep it
If you're not chosen, we delete your application within 90 days of applications closing. If you're chosen, we keep what we need to build and hand over your website, and delete the rest within 90 days.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, at any time, including before the five are chosen. Email isshanthkarthic.inbooked.in@gmail.com from any address and tell us the WhatsApp number you applied with. We'll confirm once it's done.
Cookies
This page sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
